What You’ll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients, focusing on retention and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for new business acquisition.
- Conduct thorough market reviews and generate tailored quotes using our partners systems and processes.
- Develop expertise in PMI/Dental & Cash Plan Benefits, guiding clients with clarity and care.
- Build collaborative relationships with Key Account Managers and Healthcare Consultants in the insurance sector as well as with our insurance partners.
- Sell with integrity and compliance, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
- Use pre-sourced leads from a diverse range of channels, predominantly within the B2B sector.
- Represent Dragonfly Crowd at networking events and exhibitions, showcasing our dedication to clients.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A goal-oriented professional ready to take on challenging KPI’s, who also aligns personal success with client satisfaction.
- An adept time manager with a proactive approach to daily tasks and call plans.
- A confident communicator, comfortable in phone interactions and relationship building.
- Someone who’s tech-savvy, ensuring our systems are up to date.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Financial Services, ideally in insurance.
- Experience in a sales, customer service, or call centre environment.
- Previous B2B experience, with a focus on relationship-driven sales
