Today’s Generation

I hear and read all the moans and groans about today’s generation and I have found myself guilty of this myself but, this young lady has joined our tele canvassing team with zero experience and absolutely thrown everything at her new role.

We have been providing PMI leads for over 15 years and it is sad that many think these leads grow on trees and are two a penny. Without doubt, this is the hardest job in sales and without the tele canvassers then, without doubt, most will not succeed. Elle has applied herself 100 %, she has taken her scripts and objection handling home with her to learn. She is never late, always has a smile on her face and her organisational skills put me to shame. Well done Elle, you have a bright future!
